Insofar as you provide us with your personal data for the purpose of responding to your questions, the entry of personal data is required within the meaning of Art. 13 (2) e) GDPR. You have the right to revoke your consent to the data processing described above at any time with effect for the future. In this case, we will no longer process your data. Your personal data will be deleted even without your revocation in any case if we have processed your request or if the storage is inadmissible for other legal reasons.

Service booking online and registration 

For our appointment bookings and registration, we obtain your Name, E-mail, Phone Number, Address, Pick Up Address, Registration number (number plate), Payment data. The data you provide us with will also only be used for the purpose of your contact, bookings, or registration.

 

The legal basis for processing your data when booking an appointment is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b) GDPR in preparation for a contract. If you register, the legal basis for the processing of your personal data in the electronic processing of your data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR.

 

The data collected in this respect will be deleted as soon as processing is no longer necessary, or you revoke your consent. However, we must also observe retention periods under tax and commercial law.

 

Processing of personal data when using the offered services
